About FlexTecs

FlexTecs is growing our Global Contract Compliance Team and seeking to connect with candidates about this excellent opportunity.

The ideal candidate would have both Finance and Procurement experience. We’re looking for a candidate who is eager to learn in a hands-on environment (which we think is more fun anyway) with a team that’s dedicated to their growth and success.

The contracts we review cover Payroll, Construction, Logistics, Manufacturing, Marketing Services, Employment Services, and more. This role would be reviewing multiple contracts over multiple concentrations at the same time, so time management and prioritization are key.

About the Role

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Excellent data skills, ability to order and review large quantities of data (usually Excel/Access)

  • Thorough ability to read and understand contract terms, extracting key elements and clauses relevant to the review being performed

  • Effective communication skills to establish and verify understanding of contract process with stakeholders/vendors

  • Ability to establish the data required to undertake a review and work with clients/vendors to obtain

  • Knowledge of building testing strategies to aid understanding of contract data and verify invoice calculation

  • Curiosity and the drive to understand how contracts work from start to finish

  • Perseverance and confidence 

  • Attention to detail but able to consider the bigger picture as well

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Contract Compliance Experience in relevant business areas

  • Knowledge of internal processes and functionalities of organizations in the industries we serve

  • Ability to work well with co-workers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the objectives of a review are met
